Out Of Annapolis
Documentaries
(USA, 2010, 72 mins)
directed by: Steve Clark Hall
Many military personnel hide their lives and partners from fellow service members out of constant fear of being outed and dishonorably discharged under the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy. In this revealing documentary, LGBT alumni of the US Naval Academy speak candidly about these difficult circumstances including their experiences and closeted lives at the Academy, and about serving their country in silence as Navy and Marine Corps officers.
